TL Productions accept business on the following terms and  conditions, the placing of an order signifies full acceptance of these terms and conditions by the buyer.

1. Payment Terms

Unless account facilities have previously been established the customer will be required to pay for goods prior to TL Productions commencing any work on any order. Where account facilities have been agreed, payment is due by the 30th of the month following the month of invoice.

2. Non Payment of Goods

If payment is not received by the due date, any further deliveries will be suspended until payment is made in full. Interest may be charged at 2% per month on overdue accounts. Any such accounts still over due after a period of 3 months from the invoice date will be referred to a Debt Collection Agency, and will attract a £25.00 administration charge. We reserve the right to levy a charge for cheques returned to us by our bank where there have been insufficient funds to settle the outstanding debt.

3. Prices

The price payable is the price ruling at date of dispatch unless fixed prices have been expressly agreed.  Whilst every effort is made to maintain prices and specifications as listed, we reserve the right to make alterations at any time without prior notice.

4. Ownership

Goods remain the property of TL Productions until paid for in full, although risk shall pass to the Buyer upon receipt.  The Buyer shall be entitled to re-sell any goods purchased form TL Productions , but will hold a portion of the monies received from such resale which is due to TL Productions on trust for them, until payment has been made to them in full.

5. Loss or Damage

Loss or damage in transit must be notified to the carrier and to TL Productions with 24 hours of receipt of goods and in writing within 3 working days.

6. Quality

Whilst every effort  will be made to supply goods of the correct type and quality, and to effect delivery on time, TL Productions, cannot be held responsible for consequential loss or damage, however caused.

7. Goods

Whilst every effort will be made to supply your order correctly due to the screen printing processes TL Productions reserve the right to supply goods at a maximum rate of + or - 10% of you order and to invoice accordingly. Goods specially manufactured and correctly supplied cannot be returned. Goods correctly supplied from stock may attract a handling charge if returned.

8. Responsibility

It is the buyers responsibility to establish the fitness of goods and material for the purpose for which they are purchased.

9. Customers own supplied garments

All customers own supplied garments are decorated at the customers own risk. TL Productions reserve the right to refuse to attempt to decorate any customer supplied garments if we deem such a garment to have a high risk of accident.

10. Garments

Sizes, measurements and descriptions of garments are for guidance only and TL Productions can not guarantee absolute consistency of size, material, proportion, colour or shade. All garments supplied should be washed or cleaned strictly in accordance with the washing instructions provided on the garment label. TL Productions will accept no responsibility if instructions are not followed precisely. Size, style, fabric content, specification, quality, colour and suitability for chosen purpose should be checked by the purchaser on receipt of the garments. While every effort is made to ensure consistency of colours and shades, variation may occur from one dyed batch to another and TL Productions will accept no responsibility for such variations. Garments should be checked upon receipt.

11. Pantone Colours

We do not use pantone matching system inks, therfore we can not guarantee an exact match to your pantone number, we will match all pantone numbers as close as possible.
